Architectural studio ATELIER 6, s.r.o. is the author of the design of Dvorecký most, one of Prague’s most significant infrastructure projects in recent years.
As part of the project, we advised on the preparation of contractual documentation, particularly in relation to copyright and licensing aspects of the architectural study. The study represented a key creative output of the architect and formed the basis for further stages of the project documentation and the construction itself.
A key issue was structuring the licensing arrangements in a way that reflected the significance of the project, ensured adequate protection of the architect’s rights and maintained a balanced relationship between the architect and the client.
