I see my legal practice as a mission to help simplify and streamline the law so that it can serve its true purpose and does not place artificial obstacles to our clients' creative activities.
I focus on film law, trademarks, IT law and data protection. A large part of my agenda includes comprehensive legal services for technology start-ups. I have significant experience in establishing general contractual terms and conditions for innovative projects or negotiating investors' entry terms.
As a fan of legal tech and as a cofounder, I am involved in the development of several AI-based products. I am also active as a music producer and DJ in the Prague underground electronic scene. I studied law in Prague (Charles University) and Denmark (University of Copenhagen). I am fluent in English.
