Jan Fischer

My lawyer's heart beats for the creative industries, and that is mainly reflected in my approach to providing of legal services: I prioritize empathy for my clients and strive to deeply understand their cases to offer clear and practical solutions.

I specialize in authors' and performers' rights, personality protection, advertising and film law, and brand protection. My experience includes providing legal support for several acclaimed films and TV shows, establishing legal frameworks for international festivals, and contributing to the protection of the copyrights of prominent Czech architects.

I have previously worked in the copyright department at Czech Television and for two leading law firms specializing in copyright law. Additionally, I served as president of the renowned baseball club Kotlářka. I speak English.
