I am guided by the belief that every problem has a solution and am captivated by the diversity of life and the practical application of legal norms.
My primary areas of expertise include copyright, trademark, corporate, music, and film law. I also find great satisfaction in sharing my knowledge through lecturing and publishing. With over 15 years of experience, I have studied law at the Faculty of Law of Charles University, in France (Erasmus) and in Germany (LLM, European Film Business and Law).
I am a member of the society for the study of copyright law ALAI, and I work together with non-profit organizations FairArt, the Czech Music Association, the Association of Professional Photographers, and the Czech Invest agency as a mentor for AI startups. I was ranked by prestigious IP Stars agency as a 'Copyright star 2025' and recognised among the Leading Lawyers by Media Law International. I speak English and French.
